Salt & Palm Catering was designed to accommodate busy professionals in an office setting. Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner options for groups of 10 to conventions of hundreds we are able to scale as your meetings grow.


Judie Amato has worked in the restaurant and catering industry for over 30 years. Her background spans from Darden Restaurant Group to Cheesecake Factory and most recently La Madeleine French Bakery and Cafe before branching out on her own. While managing the catering at La Madeleine, she realized she wanted to spread her love for serving others through something more personal. That's when Salt & Palm was born! Aside from serving great quality food, Judie prides herself on serving her clients beyond their expectations. Her personal involvement in each order will ensure top quality food & professional service each and every time.

Grant Amato has worked in marketing for eight years in the sports world. He has worked for groups such as Florida Rush and Tournament Success Group. He has been with Salt and Palm for a year now.
